Schedules of Fees for Medical Services, Inpatient Hospital Diagnostic Related Group (DRG), and Inpatient Hospital Trauma Services may be downloaded from the Fee Schedules section of the court’s website (https://www.newcc.gov/service-providers/medical-providers/fee-schedules). NEWS RELEASE: Change in mileage reimbursement rate

Effective January 1, 2026, the mileage rate will become 72.5 cents per mile for travel to seek medical treatment or while participating in an approved vocational rehabilitation plan. See related news release (https://www.newcc.gov/home/court-news/2025-06-news).

Recently Adopted Rule Amendments

Amendments to Rules 9, 10, 12, 14, 21, 26, 32, 47 and Addendum 2 were adopted at a public meeting on December 30, 2025. A revised Schedule of Fees for Medical Services was also adopted. 

  • Amendments to non-adjudicatory Rules 32 and 47 are effective December 30, 2025. Amendments to non-adjudicatory Rule 26 and the Schedule of Fees for Medical Services are effective January 1, 2026. Select this link to view the adopted non-adjudicatory rules.
  • Amendments to adjudicatory Rules 9, 10, 12, 14, and 21 will become effective only upon review and approval by the Nebraska Supreme Court.

NEWS RELEASE: Nebraska Workers’ Compensation Maximum Weekly Income Benefit To Increase
