Amendments to Rules 2, 3, 5, 14, 26, 35, 47, 48 and Addenda 2 and 3 were adopted at a public meeting on December 30, 2024. A revised Schedule of Fees for Medical Services was also adopted. Amendments to non-adjudicatory Rules 26, 35, 47, and 48 became effective December 30, 2024. Amendments to adjudicatory Rules 2, 3, 5, and 14 became effective following review and approval by the Nebraska Supreme Court on January 29, 2025.
