This report summarizes information electronically reported to the Nebraska Workers’ Compensation Court by employers and insurers for work-related injuries and illnesses that occurred during calendar years 2018 through 2022, regardless of the year the injury reports were filed. The court is engaged in ongoing efforts to refine the data presented in this report, working with employers and insurers to improve its quality.
