Amendments to Rules 2, 3, and 11 were adopted at a public meeting on October 12, 2023. Adopted amendments to these adjudicatory rules will become effective upon review and approval by the Nebraska Supreme Court (https://www.newcc.gov/resources/court-forms-and-publications/recently-adopted-rules).
