Our E-Filing system is temporarily unavailable while we investigate an ongoing connectivity issue. Thank you for your patience while we work through this. We will bring services back up as soon as possible.
Only in the event of an extended period longer than 24 hours where the court’s E-Filing system is not available may the user file a paper document with the court clerk. The user may make such filing by fax machine (402-471-8231). In such instances, the user is responsible for service of the document(s) on parties entitled to service pursuant to Rule 3,B.
