Amendments to Rules 9, 10, 12, 14, 21, 26, 32, 47 and Addendum 2 were adopted at a public meeting on December 30, 2025. A revised Schedule of Fees for Medical Services was also adopted.
- Amendments to non-adjudicatory Rules 32 and 47 are effective December 30, 2025. Amendments to non-adjudicatory Rule 26 and the Schedule of Fees for Medical Services are effective January 1, 2026. Select this link to view the adopted non-adjudicatory rules.
- Amendments to adjudicatory Rules 9, 10, 12, 14, and 21 will become effective only upon review and approval by the Nebraska Supreme Court.
