The Nebraska Workers' Compensation Court will be closed for business on the following dates:
- Wednesday, December 24 through the holiday weekend; reopening at 8 a.m. Monday, December 29. Please refer to the Nebraska Judicial Branch announcement dated December 19, 2025 for more information.
- Thursday, January 1, 2026; reopening at 8 a.m. Friday, January 2, 2026.
